Nuclear Security Manager professional with over 33 years of expertise in all facets of the Nuclear Security/Safety industry, including 2.5 years in Human Resources. Manage the Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty and In-Processing programs for the largest electric utility in the United States and considered an Industry Leader and Technical Expert. Interface with all levels of Management and employees internally and work externally with the Nuclear Energy Institute and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to assist and provide interpretation for Nuclear Industry Rules and Regulations guidance associated with 10 Code of Federal Regulations for Access Authorization 73.56, FBI Criminal History 73.57 and Fitness for Duty CFR Part 26, including Insider Mitigation. Involved in numerous projects including, new software development, to drive successful schedule and budget implementation for Security related projects. Manage Merger of Companies and processes to establish a standard fleet Management Model ensuring implementation of a safety conscious work environment. Technical Expert Advisor for the United States, States Department and the NRC working with S. Africa Eskom Koeberg Nuclear Plant for Fitness for Duty and Human Reliability, Behavior Observation and Insider Mitigation Program.
